Admissions in Class VI in all JMI Schools are offered through Admission Test conducted by the university.

Eligibility: For admission to class VI, it is essential to submit Statement of Marks/Grade Card of the qualifying examination i.e. Class V.

The Written Test shall comprise three sections as detailed below:

Environmental Studies - 50 objective type Multiple Choice Questions (50 Marks)

Mathematical and Numeracy skill Test - 25 Multiple Choice Questions (25 Marks)

Language (English) Test - 25 Multiple Choice Questions (25 Marks)

 

Exam Duration – 2 hrs

 

Mode of Examination – Offline (OMR based)

 

Negative Marking - No negative marking.

Admissions in Class IX in all JMI Schools are offered through Admission Test conducted by the university.

Jamia Girls Sr. Sec. School - 70 seats

Additional Seats under Self-Finance Scheme: Jamia Girls Sr. Sec. School - 130 seats

Class 11

Admissions in Class XI (Science/Arts/Commerce) in all JMI Schools are offered through Admission Test conducted by the university.​

Eligibility

Eligibility:

 

  • Science - For admission to class XI (Science), it is essential to pass qualifying examination i.e. Class X with minimum 61% or equivalent grade (minimum 61% in science, 41% in English and not less than 41% in any subject).

​

  • Commerce - For admission to class XI (Commerce), it is essential to pass qualifying examination i.e. Class X with minimum 51% or equivalent grade (minimum 41% in English and not less than 33% in any subject).

​

  • Arts - For admission to class XI (Arts), it is essential to pass qualifying examination i.e. Class X with minimum 41% or equivalent grade (minimum 41% in English).
